COVID-19 Update

To our valued guests and customers, Hotel Pennsylvania is open for business and your safety is our 1st priority. Please review the following:


 

1. The health and wellbeing of our guests and the people who work for us is of the utmost importance. So, while we all deal with the effects of coronavirus (Covid-19), we wanted to keep you posted on what we are doing to create a safe space at New York’s Hotel Pennsylvania.


2. As always, we are thoroughly cleaning the hotel, and paying extra attention to all surfaces such as door handles, bathrooms, tables, all of which are cleaned every morning, throughout the day and at night. In return, we ask you to make use of the hand sanitizers located throughout the hotel and bathrooms to wash your hands.


3. If you’re feeling under the weather, or have recently returned from an affected area, for the safety of everyone we ask you to please not visit the hotel until you’re feeling better.


4. We will be reviewing all hotel events on a case-by-case basis, so please check our website and social media for any updates.


5. There will also be more flexibility, allowing you to cancel or move any pre-booked dates free of charge, which can be arranged through the reservations team on-site.


6. All guestroom keys are cleaned with approved disinfectants on a daily basis.


7. We’ve trained the Hotel staff to minimize physical contact (i.e. handshakes, hugs, etc.)
