Shipments

New York's Hotel Pennsylvania will accept or hold packages/boxes for pre-registered guests only. Boxes should arrive no earlier than 10 days prior to the guest's arrival. 

If you are hosting a trade show or event at the Hotel, please coordinate any shipments with the Convention Services department at 212-502-8717 or catering@hotelpenn.com.
